Refund policy

As most Prika products are handmade, personalised, made-to-order, or digital in nature, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Customised and personalised products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

In case you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video. After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Digital products, workshops, downloadable content, and online classes are non-refundable.
